Science Counselor Washington, D.C.

The Office of Science, Technology and Higher Education (OSTHE) at the Swiss Embassy in Washington, D.C. aims to strengthen cooperation in science, technology and higher education between Switzerland and the United States and Canada. It provides background and analysis to support fact-based policy decisions in Switzerland. The OSTHE showcases Switzerland as a hub for excellent higher education and research and promotes the exchange of ideas with scientists and science policymakers.

In addition to the Embassy of Switzerland's Office of Science, Technology and Higher Education, there are two other Swiss science offices in the United States: swissnex Boston and swissnex San Francisco.
