The swissnex San Francisco building - in the heart of San Francisco - is an edgy mix of historic brick & timber and contemporary aesthetics by acclaimed industrial designer Yves Béhar. By itself it is a statement for our innovative approach to international knowledge exchange.
Eighteen workspaces are available on the upper floor to share with individuals and organizations active between Switzerland and North America. swissnex San Francisco welcomes technology and university outposts, entrepreneurs-in-residence, individuals on sabbatical, and is always open to new forms of cooperation. Common visibility, a collaborative atmosphere, and an open floor plan generate synergies, and benefit all parties.

swissnex San Francisco creates and produces events regularly, with scientific, entrepreneurial, academic and other partners. These events - based on internal ideas or the needs of our partners - range anywhere from formal presentations to roundtable discussions, exhibits to networking get-togethers, breakfast meetings to formal dinners, favoring the most innovative formats.
These activities take advantage of swissnex San Francisco's unique ground floor, which offers a flexible layout with a designer lobby, an event space welcoming up to 250 people, a 16-seat board room, full audio-visual and video-conferencing capabilities and more (see details).
